Latimer, who has been a Certified Court Reporter and Registered Professional Reporter for over 30 years. She started her career in Chicago and then moved out to the Rockford area. Only certified stenographic court reporters are able to clarify if there are two people speaking at once or can ask someone to repeat something that was not understood clearly or heard due to an accent or being soft-spoken.  We won’t send you an uncertified digital recorder to preserve your record of proceedings and handle your sensitive exhibits. Transcripts by digital recorders are not admissible in Court. Our rates are based on the industry standards and won’t be inflated with unnecessary charges.

Since the Pandemic, we have been providing Zoom links to our clients so they have the option of remote depositions as well as in-person proceedings.
